The Los Angeles Kings will have a somewhat new look this upcoming NHL season.The Kings announced Monday the team has partnered with Mercury Insurance for its first-ever jersey patch sponsorship.Mercury has been a partner of the Kings since 2008, and the two entities have just expanded that partnership and secured a renewed agreement, the company said.Beginning in the upcoming NHL season, the Kings will wear jerseys emblazoned with the Mercury logo in the upper right torso.The LA Kings have partnered with Mercury Insurance for the team's first jersey patch deal. Two decomposed bodies were recovered from a riverbed Sunday near Fremont, authorities said Monday.The bodies — believed to be those of a man and a woman — were so badly degraded authorities did not yet know their causes of death or their identities, said Lt. Tya Modeste, public information officer for the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office.Fremont police responded about 3:15 p.m. Sunday to a report of two bodies in or near a riverbed in the area of the 1300 block of Old Canyon Road, which runs alongside Alameda Creek across from Niles Canyon Road, Modeste said.Police determined the bodies were in the county’s jurisdiction, and sheriff’s deputies and coroner’s officials responded, Modeste said. The late Sen. Dianne Feinstein will lie in state at San Francisco City Hall on Wednesday, the senator's office confirmed Sunday night. The public is invited to pay their respects and sign a condolence book Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.On Thursday, a funeral service for Feinstein will be held at the front steps of city hall beginning at 1 p.m. The public will be able to attend the service. The funeral was originally slated to be held at the San Francisco War Memorial and Performing Arts Center in the Herbst Theatre. DENVER (KDVR) -- The search for a hiker missing out of Rocky Mountain National Park continued Sunday, with 55 people involved in rescue efforts.Chad Pallansch, 49, of Fort Collins, was reported missing on Thursday, Sept. 28. He started from the East Inlet Trailhead near Grand Lake on Wednesday. He was last heard from around noon Wednesday, and his car was found parked at the north inlet trailhead of the park.Pictures from the search show a 38-member team scaling cliffs and other areas near Black Lake, Stone Man Pass and area canyons. Helicopters and dog teams are also providing support. A man was arrested for disrupting a Shabbat service using antisemitic language towards synagogue-goers in Sunny Isles Beach, officials said. According to officials, Yudel Antonio Herrero, 47, stood outside King David Chabad and used a shofar (ram’s horn) to disrupt the worshipers’ prayers on Saturday.
