CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- After fishing in the same private pond in Virginia's Caroline County for 20 years, one fisherman reeled in a catch he never would have expected.John Byrd, of Bowling Green, had caught a rare 11-and-a-half-inch blue-mouth chain pickerel. BUDA, Texas (KXAN) -- The popular restaurant in Buda, Valentina's Tex Mex BBQ, is facing some backlash for its employee tip policy. If employees broke certain rules, they'd be at risk of not receiving tips. The owners said the policy has since changed. AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Austin Police Department identified the victim in the Airport Boulevard gas station homicide Sunday and is also asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect, APD said in a news release Wednesday.Shortly after 9 p.m., July 16, officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Valero gas station, 1135 Airport Blvd, the release said.APD also released video of the shooting on its YouTube page. The St. Paul City Council on Wednesday postponed a decision about expanding an improvement district to include a portion of West Seventh Street.Since 2020, the improvement service district has stretched across much of downtown, up to but not including Lowertown. ROTTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Rotterdam man is facing charges as part of a double homicide investigation. An arrest warrant has been issued for Anthony Lewis.Lewis was charged with Murder in the First Degree. Police said the 31-year old killed Cathy and Robert Guillaume at their Fern Avenue home in the town of Rotterdam. The victims are Lewis's mother and stepfather.
