NEW YORK (WPIX) – The young widow of NYPD detective Jason Rivera, who was just 22 when he was fatally gunned down with his partner Wilbert Mora in Harlem in January of last year, revealed she recently gave birth to his baby son.Posting a picture on Instagram Wednesday evening, Dominique Luzuriaga Rivera wrote: "A baby fills a place in your heart you never knew was empty. LLANO COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — Officials in Llano County said there was a large fire near East Highway 71 and County Road 307.Officials said the fire is about two acres in size and growing, but there were no evacuations put in place as of 2 p.m.Air support from the Texas Forest Service was en route to assist with the fire, according to the Llano County Office of Emergency Management.The fire is on a ranch property in the area, but there were no structures currently in danger, according to Llano officials.As of July 10, Llano County had a burn ban in place.A new stretch of road in Buda improves downtown traffic

With a boost from St. Paul’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority, a nonprofit housing company plans to acquire and rehab two sizable affordable housing rental properties on the edges of downtown St. Paul.Affordable Housing Alliance, doing business as Integrity Housing of Irvine, Calif., has a purchase agreement to buy Sibley Court, a 122-unit property at 484 Temperance St., which opened in 2003, and the Sibley Park Apartments, a 114-unit property at 211 Seventh St. E., which opened in 2002. The company plans $2.5 million in capital improvements.
